Refund & cancellation

No-questions cancellation, anytime. Cancel from your Gumroad library (gumroad.com/library) or write to hello@anstello.com; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

If you cancel within 14 days of first payment, write to refund@anstello.com and we'll refund the last charge in full. Refunds typically land within 3 business days.

Trial

The trial licence requires no card. There is nothing to cancel — the trial licence simply expires locally at the end of its period.

Merchant of record

Gumroad is our merchant of record. Gumroad collects and remits EU VAT and issues the invoice; the refund is processed against the same Gumroad sale.
