Refund & cancellation

No-questions cancellation, anytime. Cancel from your Gumroad library (gumroad.com/library) or write to hello@anstello.com; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

If you cancel within 14 days of first payment, write to refund@anstello.com and we'll refund the last charge in full. Refunds typically land within 3 business days.

Trial

The 14-day trial requires no card and no account. There is nothing to cancel — the trial timer simply expires locally on day 14.

Merchant of record

Gumroad is our merchant of record. Gumroad collects and remits EU VAT and issues the invoice; the refund is processed against the same Gumroad sale.
