1. Who we are
Anstello is operated by Fabian Krüger, Berlin, Germany. Contact: hello@anstello.com. Full provider details are on the Impressum.
2. What you get
Anstello is a desktop application that runs on your machine. A licence — sold as one product with a monthly, quarterly or annual billing cycle — grants you the right to use the application for your personal job-search workflow for the duration of an active subscription, on one machine at a time (see Licence release below, or ask us to transfer a seat).
3. Trial
A trial licence is available at no charge and without payment details. It is activated in the application like a paid licence and expires locally after the period stated when it is issued; after that, a valid licence is required to continue using the application.
4. Billing
Subscriptions are billed by Gumroad, our merchant of record, on the cycle you chose at checkout (monthly, quarterly or annually). Gumroad handles payment processing, invoicing, and EU VAT compliance. Cancellation and refund terms are described on the refund page.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Anstello to (a) bypass platform authentication or rate limits in a way that violates the terms of a job board, (b) submit applications you have not personally reviewed, (c) resell access to your licence, or (d) misrepresent facts on your CV. Anstello prepares drafts; you remain the human in the loop and the sender of every application.
6. Anthropic processor
CV tailoring and listing scoring use Anthropic's Claude API under a processor agreement. Inputs are sent only when you invoke those features. See the privacy notice and the data processing agreement for details.
7. Warranty & liability
Anstello is provided "as is" without warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Statutory liability for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which you reside remain unaffected.
9. Changes
Material changes will be announced in the app and via the email address on file at Gumroad at least 30 days before they take effect.
